We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All proceeds support our vital conservation work, so we kindly ask that items are returned in their original, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Fill out the returns slip included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like a refund or a replacement for your item.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the completed returns form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Affix the provided return label or address the parcel to our distribution center, then drop it off at your nearest Post Office or authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
